My solution
a-b/a+b=1/11
11a-11b=a+b
10a=12b
a/b=5/6
Let a =5p , b=6p
Substituting this value in equation
5a+4b+15/5a-4b+3
5*5p+4*6p+15/5*5p-4*6p+3
25p+24p+15/25p-24p+3
