This answer assumes you meant a perimeter of 108.44 inches.
To determine perimeter, p = 2w + 2l
So 108.44 = 2w + 2(w + 5.54)
108.44 = 2w + 2w + 11.08
108.44 = 4w + 11.08
97.36 = 4w
24.34 = w
So the bottom and top length are 24.34 inches eachand
the two sides (height) are 24.34 + 5.54 = 29.88 inches each.
To check:
Add 24.34 + 24.34 + 29.88 + 29.88 = 108.44

AND 2(H + W) = 10844
SO, 2( W + 5.54 +W )= 10844
2(2W+ 5.54) = 10844
4W + 11.08 = 10844

4W = 10844 - 11.08
4W = 10832.92
W = 10832.92 / 4
W = 2708.23
SO, H = 2708.23 + 5.54
= 2713.77
SO, THE DIMENSIONS OF THE PAINTNG ARE :2708.23 IN * 2713.77 IN
CHECK :
2708.23 * 2 = 5416.46
2713.77 * 2 = 5427.54
5427.54 + 5416.46 = 10844
