You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The hole diameter on top of the sheet is 0.220.
The angle is 100.
The thickness is 0.048.
Let's call the hole diameter on bottom of the sheet D.

From the diagram,
A=50
.
.
D%2Bx%2Bx=0.220
D%2B2x=0.220
.
.
tan%28A%29=x%2F0.048
x=0.048tan%2850%29
x=0.0572
So then,
D%2B2%280.0572%29=0.220
D=0.220-0.1144
D=0.106
