THE AREA OF THIS RECTANGLE IS (2X+5)(X+9) OR 2X^2+23X+45
THE PERIMETER OF THIS RECTANGLE IS 2(2X+5)+2(X+9) OR 4X+10+2X+18 OR
6X+28 OR 2(3X+14)

express the area of the rectangle.
Area = length * width
Area = (2x-5)(x+9)
Area = 2x^2+13x-45

express the perimeter.
Perimeter = 2(length + width)
Perimeter = 2(2x-5+x+9)
Perimeter = 2(3x+4)
Perimeter = 6x+8
