since we add 3 ft both side for path so the dimension including path is 28ft by 47 ft
so,
A1= 22ftx41 ft =902ft^2
A2=28ftx47ft=1316ft^2
Ap=area of path
Ap= A2-A1
Ap=1316-902
Ap=414ft^2 is the answer
