This is an ellipse as shown below



it should be a complete ellipse and not broken, but I couldn't figure out how to do that with this graph. The watered area is every point inside that ellipse.

Note: the upper piece is y+=+sqrt%289%2A%281-x%5E2%29%29, the bottom piece is y+=+-sqrt%289%2A%281-x%5E2%29%29
