The square is some side, x.
x%5E2, area of the square.

Given these areas equal, pi%2Ar%5E2=x%5E2
x=sqrt%28pi%2Ar%5E2%29
x=r%2Asqrt%28pi%29

Perimeter of the square is 4x=highlight%284r%2Asqrt%28pi%29%29.
Circumference of the circle, highlight%282pi%2Ar%29.
From these, arrange the ratio any way of the two that you want.
