You can put this solution on YOUR website! I have a 30 foot run of pipe that needs to be on a 2% pitch downward towards a sump. Question is what is the parts per foot drop, 1\8 inch per foot or greater?
-----------------
2% pitch means it drops 2ft per 100 ft
2% = 24 in/100 ft = 0.24 in/foot
--------------
For a 30 ft run, 2% is 0.02*360 inches = 7.2 inches
