w for width
15w for length

We can only assume that the 160 feet of fencing was equivalent to the perimeter of the rectangular garden. 2%28w%2B15w%29=160.
Solve for w. Once found, compute 15%2Aw.

Area is w%2A15w=15w%5E2

160=2L%2B2W
plug L=15W into the above equation to find the width.
160=30W%2B2W
W=5
PLug it into L=15W to find the length..
15%2A5=75
L=75
use W and L to find the area5%2A75=375
The answer is 375 feet squared
