When you draw a circle, a square, or any triangle, you are drawing its perimeter (the outer edges). So, find the perimeter of a circle with d = 1, multiply that by 300 since you have 300 circles with d = 1.
Find the perimeter of a square with side length 1, multiply this by 400 since you have 400 squares.
Do the same for the triangle, and the largest perimeter would obviously take up the most ink.
