You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The greatest area a fence can surround in a rectangle is in h shape of a square. Let me offer a reason why.
If one side is a tiny bit longer, the adjacent side is shorter by the same amount.
(X-Y)(X+Y)=X^2-Y^2 so the maximum area is when Y= 0.
In your case, we can't have sqr(102) as a side, so with two sides adding to 51, I'll say 25x26 are the dimensions.

+102=+L%2AW+
You can try possibilities:
+102+=+51%2A2+
The perimeter = +2L+%2B+2W+
+2%2A51+%2B+2%2A2+=+106+ ft
-----------------------
+102+=+17%2A6+
+2%2A17+%2B+2%2A6+=+46+ ft
----------------------
+102+=+34%2A3+
+2%2A34+%2B+2%2A3+=+74+ ft
---------------------
It looks like 46 ft is the least she can buy
