Volume(V) of box equals Length(L) times Width(W) times Height(H) or
V=LWH
Area(A) of the bottom of the box equals Length(L) times Width(W)or
A=LW
so
V=AH=%28x%5E2%2B5x%2B6%29%28x%2B5%29
Note that x%5E2%2B5x%2B6=%28x%2B3%29%28x%2B2%29 So now we have
V=AH=LWH=%28x%2B3%29%28x%2B2%29%28x%2B5%29 Now one of these terms represents the Length; one represents the Width and one represents the Height. Since we are not told, you can take your pick. I choose:
A=LW=%28x%2B3%29%28x%2B5%29 or
A=x%5E2%2B8x%2B15---------------------------one possible answer
