I don't understand how to solve it. There would be 10 radii across but how do you find the arcs?

we want the perimeter of the pool ball rack, note that exterior balls are tangent to the rack, draw line through the center of the balls parallel to the sides of the rack
the perimeter is given by
P of rack = 15*2r = 30r where r is the radius of a ball
