the perimeter of a lot is 86 ft.. the length is 19 ft. greater than the widthhighlight%28w%29.

l+=+w+%2B+19ft

 P+=+2%2Al+%2B+2%2Aw+=+86ft , 

+l+%2B+w+=+43ft   

 (w + 19ft) + w = 43ft

    2w = 24ft

     w = 12ft  and  l = 31ft
