This is not as simple as it looks
At 1:00, the angle is +%281%2F12%29%2A360+=+30+ degrees
The hour hand moves at 1/12 the rate of the minute hand,
which is 360 degrees per hour, or 30 degrees per hour
In 35 min, the hour hand moves +%281%2F12%29%2A%287%2F12%29%2A360+=+17.5+ degrees
and the minute hand has moved +%287%2F12%29%2A360+=+210+ degrees
The angle between them is:
+210+-+17.5+=+192.5+ degrees
