If the area of a square is 81 inches, what is the length of one of the side?

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Area of a square = +%28side%29%5E2

let one side be x inches
+81++=+%28x%29%5E2

==> +x+=+sqrt%2881%29

==> +x++=++9+inches

so the side is 9 inches...
