Area = 12 cm2
==> +12+=+%281%2F2%29+%2A+x+%2A%281%2F4%29%2A+x++

==> +12+=+%281%2F8%29+%2A+x%5E2++

==> +12+%2A+8+=+8%2A%281%2F8%29+%2A+x%5E2++
