width = x-5
..
L*W= Area
x(x-5)=150
x^2-5x=150
-150
x^2-5x-150=0
x^2-15x+10x-150=0
x(x-15)+10(x-15)=0
(x-15)(x+10)=0
x= 15 in the length
length will be 15-5 = 10 inches
