You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The second angle in a triangle is five times as large as the first.
The third angle is two-thirds as large as the first.
What are the angle measures?
:
Let x = the 1st angle
then
5x = 2nd angle
and
2%2F3x = the 3rd angle
:
x + 5x + 2%2F3x = 180
6x + 2%2F3x = 180
multiply each term by 3 to get rid of the denominator
18x + 2x = 3(180)
20x = 540
x = 540%2F20
x = 27 degrees is the 1st angle
I think you can find the other angles
