Hello!
The formula for the volume of a square pyramid is:
V+=+%281%2F3%29%28s%5E2%29h
where s is the side and h is the height. Here, s = 756 and h = 481. Therefore, the volume of this pyramid is:
V+=+%281%2F3%29%2A%28756%5E2%29%2A481+=+91636272 cubic feet.
Now, the volume of each apartment is simply:
35%2A20%2A8+=+5600 cubic feet
Therefore, the number of apartments needed to equal the volume of the Great Pyramids is:
91636272%2F5600+=+16363.62
So approximately 16,363 apartments with dimensions 35 ft x 20 ft x 8 ft are needed to have a volume equivalent to that of the Great Pyramids.

I hope this helps!
