Any combination of length and width whose difference is less will have a larger area.
eg, 99 by 66, 98 by 67, etc

Area: 100 * 65 = 6500 sq meter
Find the perimeter
2(100) + 2(65) = 330
:
The greatest area for a given perimeter will be a square;
let s = side of the square
