Any combination of length and width whose difference is less will have a larger area.
eg, 99 by 66, 98 by 67, etc

A rectangular field is 100 meters long and 65 meters wide.
Give the length and width of another rectangular field that has the same perimeter but a larger area.
:
Area: 100 * 65 = 6500 sq meter
Find the perimeter
2(100) + 2(65) = 330
:
The greatest area for a given perimeter will be a square;
let s = side of the square
4s = 330
s = 330%2F4
s = 82.5 each side; 82.5^2 = 6806.25 sq meters
