l+=+2w-1
Area+=+Length+%2A+Width
45+=+%282w-1%29w
45+=+2w%5E2+-w
0+=+2w%5E2+-+w+-+45
0+=+%282w+%2B9%29%28w+-+5%29
so either w-5 =0 or 2w+9=o
w = 5 or w = -9/2
since a distance can't be nagative, width = 5
so length = 2*5-1 = 9
Does 9*5 = 45??
