You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Let x = the angle
90-x = the complement
180-x = the supplement

The equation:
Sum of the complement and the supplement is 194 degrees.
90-x + 180 - x = 194
270 - 2x = 194

Subtract 270 from each side:
270-270 - 2x = 194 - 270
-2x = -76

Divide both sides by -2:
-2x+=+-76
%28-2x%29%2F-2+=+-76%2F-2
x+=+38 degrees

Check:
Comlement = 90-38 = 52
Supplement = 180-38 = 142
52 + 142 = 194
It checks!
