You do mean "rectangle" right? (double check your problem)
Normally "base" and "height" refers to a triangle.
But, in this case, I'll assume base and height refers to length and width of the rectangle.

The problem expects you to know that the area of any rectangle is:
area = bh
where
b is the base
h is the height
.
Therefore, from the information given in the problem we get:
580.77 = (24.3)h
23.9 cm = h (height)
