(1) Triangles ACD and BCF are similar. From similarity, you can find the length of CF and BF.
So, I will assume that you just found them and know them.
(2) The area of the right-angled triangle ACD is = 4320.
You can find its height H drawn from vertex C on side AD
area 4320 = , H = =
(3) Since you just know CF and BF (see n.1 above),
you can find the area of the right-angled triangle BCF,
and after that you can find the altitude h of this triangle drawn from point C to its side BF.
(4) After that, the height of the trapezoid ABCD is the sum (H + h).
