Question 1154876: Draw a circle and label one of its diameters AB. Choose any other point on the circle and call it C. What can you say about the size of angle ACB? Does it depend on which C you chose? Justify your response. Answer by mananth(16946) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! .
Central angle = Angle subtended by an arc of the circle from the center of the circle.
Inscribed angle = Angle subtended by an arc of the circle from any point on the circumference of the circle.
inscribed angle = 1/2 central angle.
Diameter is a semi circle. It subtends 180 deg
so angle ACB will always be 90 deg. wherever C is located
