You didn't specify the length of the side, so we can't tell whether any of the last three statements are true. But they are all inconsistent with each other; so at most one of them can be true.

The first two statements are false. I don't know what you mean by "using the tangent ratio"; but to find the apothem you need to know that it is 1/3 of the altitude, so you can't find its length using only the Pythagorean Theorem or using only the tangent ratio.
