Question 165390: Another word problem.
"The ratio of interest received to money invested is 3 to 20. Find the interest if $1352 is invested."
My idea of a solution would be:
Ratio 3 to 20
Let x = Interest Received,
20(1352) / 3x ??
I've tried this a few different ways, and no of them make sense. Could you please help. It seems simple, yet complicated. Thank you.
