You can put this solution on YOUR website!
given:
P=150000.00
distributed 27% to his three children,
for_children=150000%2827%2F100%29=1500%2A27=40500

a. How much did each of children get?
if 27% distributed to his three children, we have
for_children=150000%2827%2F100%29=1500%2A27=40500 ; so, each of children will get 40500%2F3=13500
b. How much went to his savings? What percent of the total went to his savings?
P=150000.00-40500=109500
he will use P=50000, so deduct it too
109500-50000=59500
to his savings went 59500
a percent of the total went to his savings is :
we can calculate it this way:
x%2F100 and 59500=150000%28x%2F100%2959500=1500x
59500%2F1500=x
x=39.67%
c. What percent went to his new car?
find x%2F100 of 150000 that is equal to 50000
50000=150000%28x%2F100%29
50000=1500x
50000%2F1500=x
x=33.33%
