Multiply your tax 7.5% which is .075 by your total cost
57.93 x .075 = 4.34
Add your tax to your total
57.93 + 4.34 = 62.27
Your food purchase with tax was $62.27
Multiply your food cost with by the gratuity % which is 15%=.15 therefore your gratuity is
62.27 x .15 = 9.34
Add your gratuity to your food cost
62.27 + 9.34 = 71.61
Therefore the total amount was $71.61
