The equation you use for this is P=A%281%2B%28r%2Fn%29%29%5Ent where A is the amount invested, r is the rate, n is the times compounded per year, and t is the amount of years.
P=200%281%2B%28.08%2F52%29%29%5E%2852%2A10%29
The 52 comes from the 52 weeks in a year since it is compounded weekly.
P=444.83
He should have $444.83 in the fund after 10 years.
