You can put this solution on YOUR website! 13% of x = 36920
 (13/100)*x = 36920

 0.13x = 36920

 Now solve for x by dividing both sides by 0.13

 0.13x/0.13 = 36920/0.13

 x = 284,000

 So the actual cost of the home was $284,000
