I tried:

20hours-deluxe=y
=800
50 items a week - where does this come in???
so then I thought
x+yless than or equals $800
12x+20y less than or equals $800
nope - doesn't work out.

Where are you getting the $800 from?
Solver the inequalities for y and graph them just like a linear equation.
