Your weight on the Moon is relative to your weight on Earth.
Neil Armstrong weighed 360 lbs. in his moon gear while on the Earth, but on the Moon he only weighed 60 lbs.
How much would a 150 lb person weigh on the moon?
:
Use a proportion equation:
Let m = his weight on the moon
m%2F150 = 60%2F360
reduce the fraction
m%2F150 = 1%2F6
cross multiply
6m = 1 * 150
m = 150/6
m = 25 lbs on the moon
