From my point of view, the condition is EITHER uncompleted OR incorrect.

I will not explain why - it is absolutely clear.

Therefore,  do not take seriously the solution by  @rfer - it is the result of misreading and incorrect interpretation.

Another notice aside:
  
    I don't like very much the problems where the names of people are artificially made similar to other English words 

         (April, June and so on . . . , or this "My", in our case).


    By doing it, the author put his signature in that he has no other way to make the problem more attractive.


    It is one side.  The other side is that this trick distracts the student's attention from the solution.


    Therefore, I think it is very BAD style, in general, and very bad pedagogic style, in particular  (my personal opinion . . . )
