You can put this solution on YOUR website!

let's say person A is paying x
if person B paying three times more than person A , than person B paying is paying 3x
and if total comes out to 1300, than
x%2B3x=1300......solve for x
4x=1300
x=1300%2F4
x=325=> this is what person A is paying
How much is person B paying?
than person B paying is paying 3x=>3%2A325=> 975

Three times MORE is actually 4 times, so this is saying that A pays 4 times what B pays!
Three times AS MUCH, or just the words, "three times" is JUST 3 times.
