I looked up the answer and its supposed to be 3.0, but I don't get it. I tried substituting the grades for the number on the scale and the getting an average but that gets me 3.2

I have a collection of marbles and if I borrow 5 marbles from a friend, I can arrange marbles in rows of 13 each. What is the remainder if I divide the original number of marbles by 13?
