25Q + 5*(48-Q) = 600 25Q + 240 - 5Q = 600 20Q = 600 - 240 = 360 ====> Q = = 18. Answer. 18 quarters and (48-18) = 30 nickels. Check. 18*25 + 30*5 = 600 cents. ! Correct !
