The sum of four consecutive even integers is 44. What are these integers?
Let the 1st number be F

Then others are: F + 2, F + 4, and F + 6

We then get: F + F + 2 + F + 4 + F + 6 = 44

4F + 12 = 44

Continue solving for F, the 1st number

Add 2 to 1st number to get 2nd number 

Add 4 to 1st number to get 3rd number

Add 6 to 1st number to get 4th number 

That's it....nothing COMPLEX and CONFUSING!!
