let her age be xy (x and y are digits of age.)
her husband's age is yx
as per ques,
%2810y%2Bx%29+-+%2810x%2By%29+=+%281%2F11%29%2A%28%2810y%2Bx%29%2B%2810x%2By%29%29
=> 11%2A%289y+-+9x%29+=+11%2A%28y%2Bx%29
=> 5x+=+4y
Since x and y are digits , so above equation has only one solution
i.e y=5 and x=4
So disha's age is 45 years and her husband's age is 54.
CHECK:
54-45 = 9
Also (1/11)*(54+45) = 9
