You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Let the daughter's age be x.
Then the woman's age is 2x.
5 years ago their ages will be (x-5) and (2x-5) respectively.
(x-5)+(2x-5)=62
3x-10=62
3x=72
x=24
The daughter's age is 24 years.
The woman's age is 48 years.
