You can put this solution on YOUR website!

let Mr. Integer's age be x and Ratio's age y
given:
x=y%2B25.........eq.1
Nineteen years from now, Mr. Integer's age will be x%2B19 and Ratio was y-1 a year ago
Mr. Integer's age will be 4 times Ratio's age a year ago:
x%2B19=4%28y-1%29 ......eq.2
solve this system:
x=y%2B25.........eq.1
x%2B19=4%28y-1%29 ......eq.2
---------------------------------------substitute x from eq.1 in eq.2
y%2B25%2B19=4%28y-1%29 ......eq.2...solve for y
y%2B25%2B19=4y-4
4%2B25%2B19=4y-y
48=3y
y=48%2F3
highlight%28y=16%29 ........... Ratio's present age
x=y%2B25.........eq.1
x=16%2B25
highlight%28x=41%29...........Mr. Integer's present age
