xy=30 and y-x=1 and x+y=11
Three equations and two unknown variables.

-x%2By%2B%28x%2By%29=1%2B11
2y=12
y=6
Use this to find x.
x=11-y
x=11-6
x=5

Those also give xy=5%2A6=30 as specified.
You may be 5 or you may be 6.
