You can put this solution on YOUR website! If you are 16 and your father is 43, next year you will be:
17 and 44, then
18 and 45
19 and 46
20 and 47
....
You are actually getting closer together. The closest to three times your age is when you were 13 and he was 40 (3.08). If you are 27 years apart, at no time was he three times your age.
