(n+p+s)/3 = 22

Rearrange:
(n+p-6) = 36
n+p = 42
-------------------------
Substitute and solve for "s":
(n+p+s) = 66
42+s = 66
s = 24 (Subha's age now)

Now you have, three years ago, means you will have x-3, and y-3
The average is 18, so your equation will be

%28x%2By-6%29%2F2+=+18
x%2By+-+6+=+36
x%2By+=+42
Now you have x+y = 42
Now you have the average of x, y, and z are 22, so you have the equation:

x%2By%2Bz+=+66
But you have x+y = 42, so let's plug it in

42+%2B+z+=+66
