Here's what we're told in the question:
Y = 2R (who is now 10) (Sonya is twice as old as Ryan who was six four years ago.)
R = C + 3
C = S + 1

The key here is that we know R (Ryan who was six four years ago)
Let's work from there.
If Ryan is 10, then Sonya is 20 (2R), Carl is 13 (R-3), and Sherry is 12 (C-1).

You should be able to figure out the rest. It's an ugly-written problem, but the answer was contained in the question.
