You can put this solution on YOUR website!
K and M, their present ages.

K=M%2B12.
M%281.20%29%2BK%281.25%29=83.
Substituting for K, 1.2M%2B%28M%2B12%291.25=83

Simply solve first for M and then use the result to get K.
