I have tried for a whole day using formulas from others that were similiar and plugging the numbers in but I can not figure it out. Please help. It will be much appreciated

from 1993 to 2000 the life expectancy decreased from 67.7 to 66.5

this change of -1.2yr per 7 yrs would be the slope of a linear graph

E = (-1.2/7)t + 67.7
