You can put this solution on YOUR website! If Bill is 4 years older than Jill and 2 years younger than David, then Jill is actually 6 years YOUNGER than David. Then the percentage of years she is younger than David are 6/6+12, = 6/18, or 1/3. Therefore, Jill is 33/13% younger than David's age.
