You can put this solution on YOUR website!
(1) j+%2B+m+%2B+c+=+29
(2) j+=+c+%2B+3
(3) m+=+2j
There are 3 equations and 3 unknowns,
so it's solvable
From (2),
(2) c+=+j+-+3
By substitution:
(1) j+%2B+2j+%2B+j+-+3+=+29
(1) 4j+=+32
(1) j+=+8
and
m+=+2%2A8
m+=+16
and
c+=+8+-+3
c+=+5
Jan's age is 8
Cindy's age is 5
Marsha's age is 16
